You see, there was a time when I struggled with effectively managing the time during my group fitness sessions. I would often get caught up in the enthusiasm of the moment, losing track of the clock and allowing exercises to run longer than planned. It seemed harmless at first, but soon enough, the consequences started to reveal themselves.


Disrupting the flow of the class became a regular occurrence. Participants would expect a specific duration for each segment, and when I went overboard, it led to confusion and frustration. Inconsistent experiences were created, as some participants would be rushed through certain exercises, while others felt like time dragged on. It was an unfair and inconsistent approach that compromised the quality of my sessions.
